In providing for his descendants, he left his son Charles Robert Ellis One ($1.00) Dollar in cash, daughter Jessie Marcum Six Hundred ($600.00) Dollars in cash, and Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars in cash each alike to the three children of his deceased son William Edward Ellis, as follows: Lura Ethel McFaffen, Clara May Daniels, and Amy Belle Miller.

His remaining children, Theodore Ellis (1/5), Ethel Adams (1/5), Clarence E. Ellis (1/5), Jermie Ellis (1/5) and the children of Walter Ellis (1/5), deceased, each received one-fifth (1/5) of the remainder of his estate.11
