William Bunch married Martha "Patsy" Ellis, daughter of James Ellis and Elizabeth Morrison (?), on 21 July 1821 at Mercer Co., Kentucky.1

William Bunch died in May 1850 at Harrison Co., Indiana. There are two death entries for Wm. Bunch in May 1850 in Harrison County. The first died of cholera after two days. He was age 50, white, and a farmer. His place of birth was shown as unknown. The second died of cholera after three days. He was age 55, white, and his occupation was shown as "cooper." His place of birth was shown as KY.2
