     Aaron Walter Bills was born on 16 May 1877 at Unionville, Putnam Co., Missouri.3,2,1 He was the son of Flavius Guy Bills and Loudemia Jane Hart.2,1

With no end in sight for World War I, the United States instituted it's third and final registration. It included all men who were between the ages of 18 and 21, and 31 to 45 years of age.
