- [S247] Sally Bertine, Email from Sally Bertine to Robert L. Adams, One of the things I did determine is that Loudemia's husband was probably Spencer Stout. The historical museum and library in Linn Co., KS had the 1865 state census and it showed Spencer with his wife Jane, born Iowa. Her age was right and Jane was her middle name. I seem to remember that in one other instance she used Jane instead of Loudemia.
